The Bible is the inspired Word of God, written by holy men who spoke and wrote as the Spirit of God moved upon them. We believe in both the Old and New Covenants, as recorded in the Bible, as our infallible guide in matters pertaining to life, godliness, conduct and doctrine (2 Timothy 3:16; I Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Peter 1:21).

These are some of the decisions that define who we are as a community and how we live our lives.

We have decided...

• ...that Religion is the opposite of REVOLUTION and anything short of complete and continuous REVOLUTION isn't enough.
• ...that talking about unity isn't enough.
• ...that WE are the church (you and I) , not a building, not a steeple ...a people.

Meeting on Friday nights at 7:14PM in Huntley, IL, The River is a gathering of youth and young adults who are passionately pursuing God, and participate in wholehearted worship and radical praise to Jesus, and hold forth the uncompromised Word of The Lord. The River is open to people of all ages, so come jump in The River!
